I was dedicated to my role and consistently put my forth my best efforts. However the action of our director i felt to resign prematurely. Her behaviour created a challenging and often uncomfortable atmosphere, with instances of clear partiality between staff members, while some employees received favourable treatment, others including myself, were often overlooked or treated badly.

I do this is a secured job because of the constant growth and cooperation from the management. The entire team s enjoying the environment and growing .

Dislikes

even though the working hours are hectic we all are benefited by the company accordingly.
