There are no proper salary provided each as per discussed during the hiring and every month for some silly reasons they deduct the salary .... lot's of partiality among the team and seniors don't even know how to talk to the employees no proper work culture/ ethics to be followed. No growth technically. Office infrastructure is very bad. No proper ergonomic chairs. No proper cafeteria. Cafeteria is built on the terrace with tin shade on top which becomes very hot during day time. No job security. Did 4+ layoffs in the same financial year.
