I am happy by being a employee at Vedantu, I want to get promoted to a higher level, right now I am working as A one to one teacher, the team is supportive, salary gets credited on time. Each and every member of team support and behaves in a polite manner, they make us feel like a family. I want to be a master teacher at vedantu very soon. The working hours for full time employees in each and every company including vedantu is higher. 7-8 hours working is okay but 9 hours or more than that is really bad, the employees don't even get a proper time to have their meals on time forget about other things. Working hours is a issue of every company that needs to be solved. Vedantu is a good company over all to work.

Working hours for full time employees And at the time of joining( for some positions )the employees don't get a chance to speak regarding salary, inspite of the differences in educational qualifications, work experience etc , if the salary is fixed then it's fixed, you cannot negotiate

Good work culture Teammates are very supportive. Company's policy is good and they give bonus every year.

The management asks about suggestions but of no use. Salary is been given in form of incentive which is not satisfactory.

They do not have a standard way of calculating salary , they kept changing the structure time and again with a busy working schedule they caused a lot of troubles while paying the salary Also their was zero job security they shut their Superreaders segment in a month and everyone was suddenly in a search of job That was challenging even though due to the unprofessional means of calculating the salary I had resigned a week ago before they shut that segment

There are no proper salary provided each as per discussed during the hiring and every month for some silly reasons they deduct the salary .... lot's of partiality among the team and seniors don't even know how to talk to the employees no proper work culture/ ethics to be followed. More over if complain all this issue to higher authority they won't even listen to it rather they will make it even more worse ...

...about the working time that is not at all applicable while working on the flore. And no proper response for your salary Or payslip details. And very rude behaviors by TL and CH.
