Good work culture Teammates are very supportive. Company's policy is good and they give bonus every year.

The management asks about suggestions but of no use. Salary is been given in form of incentive which is not satisfactory.

...'t value teachers, no one is there to listen. No growth. Very unsupportive team. Always there is salary discrepancy. They don't give you students after you get a few, so there is no growth. Their contract is manipulative as while joining it will show you that after 60 paid sessions they will pay you 250/hr but when you sign the contract and then after a few weeks they'll say " oh that 60 is for every month. Every month that count will start with 0" but while joining they told it in such a way that all the teachers of the batch understood that for the first 60sessions the pay is less and from 61th session the pay will be 250 and that will just go on regardless of any month. Teachers here are really frustrated. They literally torture. Being a teacher in Vedantu, I would never suggest anyone to work here if you want peace of mind in life.

Environment No growth Delays in everything Salary discrepancy issues every now and then. Less salary One should go for Byjus instead or other org.

The main thing is no job security at all. If they think that they don't need you they just throw u like garbage that too after using u. They just give overload of work which u cannot do it for a day even though if u sit skipping all the break even lunch. They tell us we don't have money, we are running in a loss so company will lay off but the scene behind us is completely different which is hiring the candidates for the same posts. That vamsi krishna is one big mad guy, he take decision how he feels on the day. Another main thing is the workers who are already there their attitude is another level. I don't know how do they perform as a teacher with the level of attitude. If you need job security then please don't try for this company I strongly recommend u. They do all gimmick just to prove that u are not fit. If the period of appraisal come they start the game of lay off. Please do not believe their color color words. They just hire u for their urgent work completion and after that they will throw you out. Partiality between the employees is 100%. In starting they tell u monday to Friday is working days later they say we have lot of work so only alternative Saturdays are off.

Teaching at Vedantu was a good Experience. The syllabus, curriculum is very neat and to the point. Definitely children are benefited by the program (Vedantu Super readers Program for kids). Work life balance is Good

Salary is below average.
