Wrong hiring like Neha ( sales Deputy Director) She only abuse employee. She doesn’t have control on her words. Bhagyashree HR - She doesn’t know any policy of HR she will follow the sales managers rules 6. No weekoff

Will get Salary on time without single rupee deduction but the management and HR's are unprofessionals ,if we leave the organization they will give negitive feedback to verification team and they give us fear that if u left the organization will give remark from outside in ur carrer , Inmetured HR's They have targets to remove employees and hire employees for that they will anything even some times they will not understand ur health conditions also just they tell u to do the sales , company is great company but management is torched and horrerbale

Everything is dislike ,no work satisfaction, no appreciations , no proper training ,HRs are just like god's they will decide ur feature or they will finish ur feature in organisation they will treat like a naukar ghulam , but company is good and product is good price is also fentastic but ground level management willshow u the hell

Worst support from from my team(HR team). Business Stakeholders are worse here, most of them behave like illiterate and demand illogical things. HR head who is also the co-owner(Simriti Goel). She is the worse.

There are no proper salary provided each as per discussed during the hiring and every month for some silly reasons they deduct the salary .... lot's of partiality among the team and seniors don't even know how to talk to the employees no proper work culture/ ethics to be followed. More over if complain all this issue to higher authority they won't even listen to it rather they will make it even more worse ...

...about the working time that is not at all applicable while working on the flore. And no proper response for your salary Or payslip details. And very rude behaviors by TL and CH.
