You should forget you are a engineer and believe you are a workmen Diploma and 10th pass seniors will give orders what to do without having any knowledge Forget about promotion till 5-6 years if you are from metallurgy If company is running normally without breakdowns, all shift people will get is claps and rewards for general shift people you don't have any value till you work in shifts Be prepare for blame games.

The company is open to innovation, new idea, and taking much interest on find value from waste. I love in fact that i am part of this organisation of a team that markets reliable and has global client base.
