...e work locations in hills & jungles where interactive ETA connectivity is worst. There is shift concept, no extra pay for night shift.

...freshers can learn a lot. Vedanta fully empower it's employee in different role. Salary is best in industry. Very good growth as well.

Not valuing experience..... giving more value to fresher Need to consider Saturday off

- good salary - good security of job (they love young people) - good government type job feeling

- no work life balance, have to work on weekends and post office timing - no work from home flexibility - all must come to office - Saturday is a working day - bad work culture - young people aren’t given their due. Very archaic thinking

... to grow carrier for deserving employee ,focused to develop good safety culture. Apprisald are fair and give good salary and bonous in addition provide some addition perk time to time.

They follow outsourcing policy aggressive with minimum on roll manpower , they use to ensure to provide growing opportunity for youngsters only .

Compensation & benefits are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics. Promotion and increments are given to employees who are close to Senior management. Performance is not considered for promotion. Non performers who are in good books of their boss are given more importance and quick promotion. Most of the time the superior takes the credit of good job done by their subordinates and no importance is given to real performers. Career growth is slow for real performers who are not close to Senior management.
