There is a lot of internal politics. Promotion and increments are given to employees who are close to Senior management. Performance is not considered for promotion. Non performers who are in good books of their boss are given more importance and quick promotion. Most of the time the superior takes the credit of good job done by their subordinates and no importance is given to real performers. Career growth is slow for real performers who are not close to Senior management.

...eat company. It gives you a lot of exposure, very good opportunity for freshers. The pay is less but the exposure is best. Dont think twice to accept the offer. Will definitely pave a path for your successful future.

The work life balance and pay scale. Rest all is good.

...e work locations in hills & jungles where interactive ETA connectivity is worst. There is shift concept, no extra pay for night shift.

Not valuing experience..... giving more value to fresher Need to consider Saturday off

- no work life balance, have to work on weekends and post office timing - no work from home flexibility - all must come to office - Saturday is a working day - bad work culture - young people aren’t given their due. Very archaic thinking
