Vedam is great place to work. But for job security we cannot predict when then will ask you to leave. Good work environment teammates are very supportive. They have huge cafeteria and they always try to keep events after office hours. Every 3-4 time outing and games

...low ok. Its not worth to work more and earn less thats what we can see in vedam. People use to work over there after office hours sometimes till midnight and they always get the same amt of salary. Even after spending lots of working hours. Sometimes they made us feel like mechanical is not worthy field comparing to IT or computer software sector's.

Bad work environment and culture. Company's management is off-root. Company dose not give salary time to time and also did not give salary somone.

With disgusting management, there are many rules that don't exist in hotel industry.

Vedam holds high ambitions for the company and their employees. Higher management in Vedam are the best people in the field.

Some managers are not technically sound enough to help you with your doubts, but colleagues around can definitely help.

Striving to improve but there’s lot the management needs to do. Very difficult environment to settle in.

Dislikes

. No work from home or hybrid module. All other companies are offering this , don’t know why Vedam is against it. Dictatorship environment and forced responsibilities on team leaders. No timeline on appraisals . Appraisals everywhere are completed by March/April End. Here it goes on till September and even November.For some it hasn’t happened for a whole year.

We have literally transferred everything to online. Communication is key and Vedam have literally helped in maintaining that and wfh Transition has been smooth .

Salary increment need to be done on the basis of the talent and increase accordingly
