Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Is there any - Negative scale for ratings as they don't even deserve single star.. Worst company ever after take over happened.. want to save your carrier, don't even think about Vedaaz and Desi Farms (SNA Milk)

Dislikes

...can fire you at point of time without any reason. Kam Khatam employment khatam.. They deduct the amount from your fixed salary as well from full and final settlement giving silly reasons. All you have to end up with is either let go or to fight legally.. shameless people.. and they also not providing good feedback about you during Background check for next company. So save your carrier and don't even think to join.

Very terrible experience not a good place to work.No proper management company make employees to work for 56 hours per week.Company dont know how to behave with employees. No proffessionalism , and company product is also not so good they make fool to customers.
