In our clinic staffs are good and good salary package. Here are new different treatment equipments and I like to service and maintain the machines.

I couldn't learn anything new skills because we only have 10 to 15 treatment equipments. And no growth in this clinic.

I have been Worked VeCura for past 2 Years They have one of the Best Management teams My Salary hike was Good.which many Companies in this field don't give.Good Place to Work.

There is no job security, they can fire anyone at anytime without any notice, ther is no work life balance , already the shift timings is 10 hours but you can't logout even after your shift time, you have extended daily min 1 hour to Max 3 hour to complete all the pending works. Think twice before you make any disition to work there.

Worst experience,I joined at Omr at the first day I am not feeling good,and my health issue was not well,I have suffering from seviere back pain,I said that the omr branch manager ,it's an emergency,and asking an emergency,they didn't have such a few humanity and they said wait ,wait , wait,upto 2 hour,even medical issues also they don't care about staffs,and said don't go like that nonsense behaviour, they didn't said any rules and regulations before joining,they telling that after joinig phone not available,have to submit in front office,and you having 10 hours shift per day,they also extending above 10 hours till night 9 pm, once you joined no proper response from HR side,they don't care about employees,and teaching trainers are very very attitude,and said that you are attitude, also talking with partiality, they forgotten that staff also humans,they treating employees like machines, robots.for staffs this is a jail,never join guys, never gain knowledge only zero knowledge,main thing,no respect for employees
