I was offered the position of SDE at VectoScalar Technologies and was very excited to start working with them. However, after waiting for 8 months, I was informed just 2 days before my expected date of joining that my offer letter had been revoked. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional on their part. I had already made arrangements and turned down other opportunities to work with them. Overall, my experience with VectoScalar was very poor and I cannot recommend them to others.

Worst Work Culture Company I have ever worked with. Company owner treats like a slave. Employee are forced to work over weekends. Owner will fire you, if you can't work from office. timeline estimations are terrible. Please be aware before considering this company to join.

Work Culture-> work culture here is good specially for the ones starting their career in IT. There is a good work life balance. Coworkers are really supportive and enriched in knowledge. There is always scope for learning here. Company Policies-> Policies are quite satisfiable here. Company provides enough holidays to have a personal environment. Along with that regular interactive sessions and other policies are also good.

There is no such thing that i can complain about it or i dislike.

Work culture is very good here, everyone here is supportive. Growth opportunities vast and learning curve is steap. Benefit, job security and compensations is amazing.

Work life balance is triggered at times and one need to manage our personal life according to the project.

This is my first company job, so I think sometimes I feel good and sometimes I feel really, but everything is good

Training for QA is not that good and I personally feel job is good for developers but not that good for a QA
