Vectorcast dev team people have created dependency. They do not share there knowledge. They never do technical discussion. Projects are already in maintenance mode, no more development, only faltu kam. Even if some time development work come too people only do. While joining I have more knowing and confidence than now. I feel I have received just dummy experience. Once you enter in the compy you can't do anything only option exit. No any domain, no new technology. Even they do not provide training also😂 If you go 5 min offline, You get call from manager. Very very micro management I would say pico management.

There were less restrictions on employees earlier, good work life personal life balance, good levrage to take own decisions where required.

Dislikes

Management has changed recently and it is least botherd to look into employee problems, dictetor approach like Lala Companies, employees are not treated well, there is lot of favorism and no transparancy from local management. They are good to cover up their goof ups but don't give equal opportunity for growth. Very disheartened and quititing a company which I thought was good initially.
