Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

In vector green energy we are free to work as per employees comfort. We got lot of chances here to grow our skills. Management is supportive here.

Dislikes

I don't think any point about dislike. We are struggling to grab so many projects but once it will be on table, Vector Green will be one of the fastest growing IPP.

Dislikes

Location of office is at worst place in Mumbai, very horrible to reach in rainy seasons
