Dislikes

No increment. Cheap office management. Year on year their policies will keep changing. They keep on trying something new sometimes it work and most of the Time it won't work. No hikes.

Work hours can sometimes be a pain for your work life balance . But if you can manage WLB you are going to enjoy your journey for sure .

Very bad work life balance. 5 days a week travel and obscure locations leaving only weekend for personal tasks.
