Nothing , this company is a leech and lala type company, they turn off the ac while employees are working to save the energy.

...ity saves cost on things like tea, ac, food and whatever basic an employee need. Dont work even for higher salary it is shit.

A lot of learning opportunities, friendly atmosphere, open culture where you can reach out to senior management for anything and thought leadership in the industry

Pay at a lower management position is low wrt industry standards and lack of extra curricular activities & outings

Mid level person can take decision frequently of allocated work.

Dislikes

No any appropriation of completed task and no any salary band same level person having to much different range. Rotation of work not happening so person feel bored to do same work from long time.
