...promotions at senior level and 500-700 Rs per month increment at junior level 3. Variable Pay - A way to herrasment and favorite 4. Management unable to develop a design head due to ego tussle of two 5. Extension at management level without utilizing them, while removing junior members

Nice OEM to work to learn complete vehicle from base to final production. 100 percent job security.but salary not satisfied at junior level.good to work at deputy manger and above.i will recommend this company.

Salary growth is very less at junior level. and early morning working time.

...here is no restriction. U can escalate any issue or demand to higher management. U will get resolution except salary.....

U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend. Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours. All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.

...exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Having a job with 50% less pay is better than this. Top management not at all listens to new people specially campus hires dont come to this organization they will fool you in name of volvo. No career growth , no respect

Nothing is there to like worst culture, worst people eicher engineering component have leaders who don't beleive in listening just use abusive words with youngsters and try to make the work , lots of fraud is going on in name of hiring they hire any people at any grade no parity, hr team is helpless ...they don't promote to new ideas and life for campus hires is worst #campus hires dont join volvo ....,hr ,business head, and plant head all are worst no culture, even hr is helpless plant head and business heads don't even listen to them...
