i like the flexibility of job roles inside the organization, like if you are not enjoying the current job, or the department you have assigned, you can talk to your manger and can apply for change, and the managers are helpful and supportive, there are some exceptions but overall the leading head of the organization is good and that makes a huge difference then other organizations.

i biggest reflag this organization has is the salary structure of the lower-level employees. comparatively to the market the diff is huge,

Company is very excellent , he always pay the attention to our worker.

Dislikes

There are highly posted person is not doing properly work, they are misuse the company worker time & he is doing our personal work in office time. There are no any person who can stop this activities. I don't like of this type culture.

...here is no restriction. U can escalate any issue or demand to higher management. U will get resolution except salary.....

U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend. Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours. All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.

...exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Having a job with 50% less pay is better than this. Top management not at all listens to new people specially campus hires dont come to this organization they will fool you in name of volvo. No career growth , no respect

Nothing is there to like worst culture, worst people eicher engineering component have leaders who don't beleive in listening just use abusive words with youngsters and try to make the work , lots of fraud is going on in name of hiring they hire any people at any grade no parity, hr team is helpless ...they don't promote to new ideas and life for campus hires is worst #campus hires dont join volvo ....,hr ,business head, and plant head all are worst no culture, even hr is helpless plant head and business heads don't even listen to them...
