...exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Having a job with 50% less pay is better than this. Top management not at all listens to new people specially campus hires dont come to this organization they will fool you in name of volvo. No career growth , no respect

Nothing is there to like worst culture, worst people eicher engineering component have leaders who don't beleive in listening just use abusive words with youngsters and try to make the work , lots of fraud is going on in name of hiring they hire any people at any grade no parity, hr team is helpless ...they don't promote to new ideas and life for campus hires is worst #campus hires dont join volvo ....,hr ,business head, and plant head all are worst no culture, even hr is helpless plant head and business heads don't even listen to them...

A lot of learning opportunities, friendly atmosphere, open culture where you can reach out to senior management for anything and thought leadership in the industry

Pay at a lower management position is low wrt industry standards and lack of extra curricular activities & outings

...that's why they are extending our internship 6 months more. That was horrible. No compensation benefits this company provides. They only know how to torture the employee so that they can work beyond the working hours. This company doesn't provide 9 to 6 job , it is 9 to 12 late night job and if you want you can work in the morning too, if is not the option we were forced to work in the morning too after late night duty. And after this their is no benefits, but this always heard by the team that you don't know anything ...Tumne kiya hi kya hai 8 mahine se batao. Inko koi ye puche ki nahi kar rahe the kuch to 8 mahine se rakhe kyu ho company me nikalana kyu nahi. Growth opportunities are as hell as anyone can think .... they don't have any position to give to their employee. Work life balance ....This company never understood about work life balance....They only want work, tumhari life me kya ho raha hai hey don't care. They even don't know how to behave with female employee.

...pportive and approachable , you can directly call even MD to share your concern. Good pay master among all commercial vehicles companies. Only company in CV industry in India which is profitable.
