People around us are very helpful but not the management.I have truly learned very much out of the corporate politics.no complaint against management I think I am in a wrong place right now.

Dislikes

Each project don't have design cost as well as timeline.Each project is to be finished on same day or other with improper management,miscommunication,improper data,no clarity about timeline,no man power.Their is a continuous work for 12 hours a day may extend to 16 to 18 hours and respectful management says you all are less efficient.No appraisal for current year.Health with father and mother exclusion.People are working her because their not getting job outside.
