Fake promise given me after 6 months of joining to hike in my salary..steel not received. 3 years completing but still not received VDA ID card . not got any gift& sweets in Diwali . non cooperative with manager.

We have to work as 3rd party pay role Ex: Tata motors under TCS under VDA. Reporting should be vda+TCS+TATA Heavy pressure in asset management. They will maintain Bucket management who sits in PUNE. Our leave manager will plan Better sit home another 2-3 months learn something and find good company

I'll suggest everyone not to join VDA at all. Very less salary, you have to work third party & VDA HR are most rude, pathetic person.Not having word to describe. 6 days working no any holiday very disgusting.

It gives opportunity to many freshers as well as new talent. Policies are good and they pay your salary without delay.

They are not having any fun activities or any extra curriculum activities even they didn't invite for company lunch or dinner. Face to face Town Hall is very rare.
