1) Supervisor are not good with behavior. 2) Too much complex process for Daily Attendence. They ask share attendance What's app, chat, excel, login time log out time. too complex 2) Location HR Are not good they don't provide sufficient help. All way you need to keep contract Central Team. 3) They depend on clients needs and clients demand.

No team work , lot of partiality within team members, lot of polytics in team , No salary growth, No carrier growth, No support from VDA , No guidance from VDA , worst management ever , NO VDA HR support , NO management Support. Worst company to join.

Management will not recognize. And salary structure also is different. Like, fresher will take higher salary than experienced employee.

I am working on client location and having good working experience, HR and Company policies like leave, increment, bones are good for privany center.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the nighty. I do received appreciation emails from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
