1) Supervisor are not good with behavior. 2) Too much complex process for Daily Attendence. They ask share attendance What's app, chat, excel, login time log out time. too complex 2) Location HR Are not good they don't provide sufficient help. We have to work as 3rd party pay role Ex: Tata motors under TCS under VDA. Reporting should be vda+TCS+TATA Heavy pressure in asset management. They will maintain Bucket management who sits in PUNE. Our leave manager will plan Better sit home another 2-3 months learn something and find good company
