Previously it was a better company to work with. This days all positions are temporarily basis they only need a person at their time . After completion of a project they will kick you off . No difference of a daily wages worker.

One thing which is very good in this company that they provide salary on time but only salary offer at your offer letter.no other benefits and increments to be expected in this organisation.

No major thing to dislike here expect increments or promotions.Vcs works as a manpower supplier for clients ,if you are not cooperative with clients requirements, you are always in danger for losing your job.
