They are very unprofessional towards the candidates who come there for interviews. They will make you wait for more than 3 hours for just 2 rounds of interviews despite you reaching there on the scheduled time & despite being the ONLY candidate for the interview during that period of time and then ghost you without even updating anything. They prioritise their lunch over a candidate waiting for hours sitting in the waiting area for just 10mins interview round. They’ll make you sign a bond which they apparently created because many people join the company and leave it in a short period of time. This clearly indicates how the environment of this company would be. Please save your time and go ahead with another company rather than wasting almost your entire day in this micromanaging company.

Have worked with other companies this company gives you respect and flexibility. There is no work load as such until you do something unethical. There are many employees with vConnect since more then 2 years for a reason. I have happy with vConnect they gave me job when I was actually in need, leaves are approved always unlike other companies who ask you proofs always before approving the leaves.

Unprofessional behaviour by the management, no job security, out of nowhere they ask you to resign. Hire & Fire culture, they don't care about employees. Different rules for every employee. If you have other options go for it, don't join this company and waste your time for nothing.

The work culture they follow is illogical, biased and unethical. They take pride in micromanaging and are very disrespectful. Especially the manager named Dhiraj has literally no knowledge about anything but is very rude and disrespectful all he spreads is negativity. I would highly recommend people who are going to or willing to join this company to think twice and try to connect with existing employees to get a review from them.
