Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.till now they didn't give experience certificat also

All depends on Team Leads, whether he has any working knowledge or not. After some time there will be regret of joining no leave policy salary will get deducted if any leave taken, also you have to work on weekends for free o cost. No work life balance

... and they won't pay for that no proper timing ,u have to call centre work also . Suddenly they shift u branches without proper intimation if not they will threaten u that they won't pay u salary . They stop ur incentive by creating new rules suddenly

Literally everything, since I joined vcare they are pressuring us to complete the target, they are squeezing us like bottle. They will not respect your qualifications. When you get into vcare you are not doctor, you are just a sales man.
