Termination of employees for silly reasons is very common in vcare, though u work hard your work will not be recognized and they keep your 99 positives aside and consider 1 negative about you and easily terminate you. Nothing is there to learn technically from vcare. Sales pressure at peaks . They don't provide walk-in but they want us to achieve target . Disgusted and I would have not join vcare.

... employees, at the time of joining they promised 23K / month but they give n no.of reasons and deduct your salary... finally they told my salary is not 23 it is 20. I have never seen such politics anywhere. And very horrible timings in the weekend they never send home till 9:30 pm ...it is punishment from AGM for not achieving sales target .

All depends on Team Leads, whether he has any working knowledge or not. After some time there will be regret of joining no leave policy salary will get deducted if any leave taken, also you have to work on weekends for free o cost. No work life balance

... and they won't pay for that no proper timing ,u have to call centre work also . Suddenly they shift u branches without proper intimation if not they will threaten u that they won't pay u salary . They stop ur incentive by creating new rules suddenly

Literally everything, since I joined vcare they are pressuring us to complete the target, they are squeezing us like bottle. They will not respect your qualifications. When you get into vcare you are not doctor, you are just a sales man.
