Literally everything, since I joined vcare they are pressuring us to complete the target, they are squeezing us like bottle. They will not respect your qualifications. When you get into vcare you are not doctor, you are just a sales man.

... and they won't pay for that no proper timing ,u have to call centre work also . Suddenly they shift u branches without proper intimation if not they will threaten u that they won't pay u salary . They stop ur incentive by creating new rules suddenly

Worst working atmosphere, preethi vijaya worst heads if they don't like u they will hold your salary and incentives they will through you like garbage without any intimation it's happening for 95 percent of employees You have to work 11 hours minimum a day, they won't give you leave, permission they will talk trash behind you especially preethi and vijaya

All depends on Team Leads, whether he has any working knowledge or not. After some time there will be regret of joining no leave policy salary will get deducted if any leave taken, also you have to work on weekends for free o cost. No work life balance
