... and they won't pay for that no proper timing ,u have to call centre work also . Suddenly they shift u branches without proper intimation if not they will threaten u that they won't pay u salary . They stop ur incentive by creating new rules suddenly

...arnings as if we never work. And they corner you and spoil the work environment. Salary is 24k change. Incentives Is a myth. I paid 50k to get my certificates back. Not so professional way.

I got to know about doses of medicines and new ways of diagnosing patient and making differencial diagnosis, good and positive work environment. Got to learn well about patient doctor relationship.

Well as i was working on my freewill without taking any salary just for getting this experience so i was lacking satisfaction and sense of settlement and financial growth. And also lacking behind with skills also at small place in mainpuri.

Job guarantee is not safe any time you can be sacked.once you give resignation you won't get your salary for the month and no proper responsibility from the company,I recommend people to see other opportunities in good work place.

As a fresher i learned how to manage the clinic and behave with patients. Learned advance and new procedures in clinic.

Salary is less, growth is low, its skill based work, so even if i do better work than main dentist i still work on salary and that too less.
