There seems to be nothing which I would like to talk about except the colleagues there. the people working there have a nice nature but sadly we all got dispersed within a few months as all left the organization.

Dislikes

There is no job security and even you won't get what you work for. Salary is provided 2-3 months late with deductions without prior notice. Even you will receive your FnF after 2months. There was no work-life balance. You have to work for 24*7 if you want to get paid and the reason-giving is you are at your home.

They don't give you the money,they work illegally and force employees to do it anyhow,they dont provide proper documentation they can terminate anyone at any time no rules regarding employee policy but they follow rules like a big company.if any one looks for a start Do Not Go to this company i recommend you this you can consider many IT company in laxmi nagar .
