I don't like anything nothing is professional not proper hr to contact . I have to ask for offer letter alonge with details. Terrible management .CEO talks related to salaries and offer letters.

Dislikes

They never pay salary on time .once you do work they keep on delaying salary after work saying we have difficulties so wait..and these wait never ends. Never ever invest your precious time in these type of worst companies they waste your time and never going to pay trust me.

Its the worst place I worked for.. they haven't paid since 3 months to me .. when asked for it they will say will give stupid excuses.. for others too they haven't paid since 6-6 months

I'm extremely disappointed with VBLP Tech solutions due to their unethical and unprofessional behavior. Despite working diligently, I have not received our salaries for 3 months.

Dislikes

I have read the reviews before joining this company but I thought they were fake,but after joining and doing work for 1 month the Ramakrishna not gave me the salary,..don't trust him and the reviews are true , don't waste your time

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
