Company culture is good. They are providing good opportunity, even employee can learn a lot of things. I have joined as a BDE, now I am confident enough to close any business deal by providing fruitful service to the client.

Dislikes

Well, there are so many points. But I can share overall things here. Employees are not getting increment, some useless HR policy will there. Some other people are pointing you in your work and this person are not in the team even not in an IT firm. They just ping you every time so employees don't have trust in their works, on their results. The reporting system is bad. Some management issue is there. My overall experience is good.
