Pays salary on time. Top management is good.

Dislikes

Accounts and Finance head. Work culture. Co-ordination between and in the team. Intentionally creates undue pressure to demotivate the employee. No value to employees even though you work for any number of years. No fixed KRA. No appreciation.

It’s a very system oriented Comapny unlike the most of the real estate companies in India. And you will get support across the departments.

Compensation is decent at the time of joining and no growth further in compensation or career. I do get appreciation for the work but no recognition of the same during appraisals. Appraisals are just a process and no one to one discussion or review by reporting manager to address your grivence or they suggest you to improve in skill set required to perform better. I enjoyed my work profile so I have been with company for long time. I Wish the company could replace few top management personals to some one with more technical expertise who can understand the work much better atleast in the operations wing which requires that skill set. Leaving apart from all the negatives that every company would have one or the other, I worked with some talented people at mid and top management levels from whom I learned a lot and enjoyed working.

Alternative Saturday off and half day on other Saturdays for HO staff is the most I liked in VBHC.

Dislikes

There's nothing specific which I don't like in VBHC. However, as a developer, The site office especially for senior staff can be more organised and presentable.
