For all the Private Companies Job Security is not there, Vaya's Job Secu5 is good. Some times you feel insecure, but the top level managers will always keep you secure. Work Culture needs to be more good. Policies is really good, you will learn a lot good things by working in Vaya.

Salary Hike and Bonus should be there for low level employees too

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable , High quality products and good working environment. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but increment % is very low, work pressure will be there but that we can manage.

Job threatening is there. No increment from two years. Salary revision will happen to who close to ceo. Designation and experience salary is not there.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
