Dislikes

Worst management, no system and process, employees are puppets for the management. No motivation and appreciation. Senior Managers dont have any authority. It is not a private Ltd company it is PROPRIETER company. Directors are baised with hell lot of ego and bad attitude.

It was terrible.Independy only I like in VATS FILTRATION TECHNOLOGIES Pvt.Ltd. but there was very poor management there .

Only work indecency was there.Rest of all was very poor including management , job satisfaction , job security all things were poor

Wastage of 4 Years in a Life , Very very Poor culture , Owner follows Superstition . Consultant ,Vp,HR & other management are fruitless , not doing work well.

Dislikes

Owner based very small company, Owner follows in things that are not real or which are not possible, he think magic to create water from Dirty oil. Wastage of 4-5 years in a life . Not recommend to join others.
