...cial building and helpful for buisness work and offices.company policy not good.appraisal are and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I had a good time with vatika around one and half year. Actually after resigning from the post of technical team leader, I faced many problems to get salary and pf and it was really bad for me. But in future if I will have a chance to serve for vatika, it will be a great thing for me.

Working on vatika's self building is fine but,, if u working on another contractual site there is struggle for your job and no security on your job. Contractual sites for vatika management treat like a vendor party
