Salary hike not yearly Promotion on mercy of head no rule.. people getting 2 years with out achievements, few are not even if 4 year

...Independent to take decision, job security and work culture is excellent. staff. HR team given time salary.

increment not happening annually. Job training are very rare.

The old employees of the company think that they own the company and does not let a new employee to perform. And when they find out that the new employee is better in his or her work than them they play all kind of politics and get the employee kicked out of the company. The major problem is that the management is equally poor as they work as per the older employees of the company and do not have their own minds

Poor work culture and lot of dirty politics by old employees

Working life is cool... Lots of leaves and no Boundation of in and outbpunching

Salary appraisal is not enough much... Buttering always work & lots of pressure site.. Not helping nature of senior management

It is the most professional company i ever worked with, it's professional work environment help me to improve my professional skill.

I didn't find anything which i dislike about company. Every thing is very good and I like working with it.
