No respect or consideration for employees, always sends to site work on weekends to get more work done,no room for breaks or lunch time, Just one big room with many people, very awkward to work sometimes as no personal desk or table, very harsh criticism for wearing casual clothes, salaries were always on hold for months and never got paid on time, and no response even when the issue is raised
