There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Promotions are given only thier candidates, not given skilled persons.

Main thing is concerned about salary. Managers are not enquired ground level report. who is the hard work and best . Managers are not recognise. Someone said to the manager that's do him like, that's not correct . Production people how much hard working known to all the department but production people's not satisfied in salary matters. That is concerned about salary
