It's very good for beginners in civil engineering. We can know about building designs and estimate of small residential building and multistoried structures. But they work mainly on buildings. If someone wants a diversified knowledge like roads, railways, bridges etc they there is a need to move on.

Salary is very less and the rate of increment is very slow during the initial years.

If I say in a small word... It's not the company only It's the family... I never realised that I m doing the job due to freedom of work or taking decisions... Actually I fully enjoyed my job for 17 yrs

Employees politics and backbiting is the poor point. and I think it's everywhere

Vastu vihar company gives many prefrence to employee... And coprative company... But many pressure in this company but company gives many types of prefrence to employee..

It's the worst company. Employees do less work and play more politics; they’ll completely demotivate you and say all sorts of negative things about the company, like how going on company trips isn’t safe for women, and much more, so that you leave the company on your own

The working environment is almost good here ; nd the pressure is average nd one of the most our respected CMD ( VINAY TIWARY) always guides us the technical.

Sallary growth is very low; Nd the working environment is not technical.
