The only positive part was getting salary on time. Apart from that there is no positive points I could find.

I don't want to take anybody name here. I am just writing what I felt honestly. 1. No Proper training and no accommodation given when joined this company. They didn't had a clarity of what to do and why they hired. 2. No work life balance:- Nothing goes as per the policy here. They tell 1st n 2nd Saturday are half, but honestly there was no holiday. Sometimes they used to ask to work on Sunday and festivals also. During month end the work goes on till 11 and there will be no comp off for that. 3. Lack of proper communication regarding the policy. You will told something morning, again in the evening the policy would have been changed. 4. No growth and learning opportunity :- They ask you to do office boy work by sending 50-60kms for bringing document and expect learning in that. It's a joke if you say learning will be there in that. 5. Abusive language to employees and customers . They think it's cool to abusive someone which is not. 6. No job security as people resign very often and they don't even bother to look at it. 7. Rather than getting support from seniors out there. They were insecure.

Vastu belives in no sir/ma'am culture but that is only perception outside the company. Once you join you'll realize that how terrible environment is inside the company. You'll have to request the each and every employee for his own work...so your performance won't get affected...

... join office at 9:30am and work at lest 10 hr... this is the bare minimum... 4. Here is one bonus for all the fresher folks out there..... I've joined this company in February 2023 along with 36 batch mates in the north India region and within 9 months only 3 decided to continue and 33 including me.. left the organization because of various reasons. Like.. 1. There was no role clarity. 2. They change our reporting manager 5 times in the 9 months.. just think how terrific it was. 3. To be very honest I felt lost in my career and I decided to quit even I didn't have any offer from other company... because the environment shrink my knowledge and that doesn't allow me to grow in my career.

Just in time salary but caste feelings. And jealous people hardworking people doesn't recognise management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

At every moment company senior official thinking about cost cutting and ask for work done they never botherd about how employee working. Thay never think about required resouces. Even after asking for them they never responds.
