Micromanagement at another level. Lack of trust of managers in employee. They literally gaze through employee screens to check whether we are working or not. Humiliation by managers. No appraisal. No work life balance.

CEO is very arrogant. He doesn't treat employees well. Never seen such a arrogant CEO in any company. They make to work on weekends also. There is no work life balance. Epitome of micromanagement. No work satisfaction. Don't expect any appraisal or any rewards for your work.

1. CEO who can't run the company and blames his employees for his underperformance. This toxic culture is also followed by managers by copying CEO 2. No work life Balance. We have to work even on Saturday 3. Extreme micromanagement.

It used to good in the past but it became very worse now.

Dislikes

Work life balance will hit and will make you work on saturday also. They treat you like the shit. Dont expect promotions and there is no job security. The CEO of the company is very arrogant and dont know how to run the company.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
