Company is good and you can create good growth in the company but i have not satisfied the work which i have done earlier.

Dislikes

This is a lot of politics and the management doesn't encourage or support you and also doesn't address employees issues. Salary will not be incremented and career growth is also slow. There will no commitment. Management will give all false promises at time of joining.

This is my 1st company i leared a lot... Iam a part of accounts team... Its a good place to learn a work perfectly...iam very satisfied with this job.

In this company their is no higher position are alloted..people who joined in particular position they will in that position only till their resigned.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
