1. Teacher's are respected. 2. You can improve your skills. 3. You will get the work satisfaction if you are really interested in teaching. 4. All things are handled by the School Principal only (it comes under both pros and cons depending on the situation)

Dislikes

1. No job security. 2. Promotions are very rare. 3. Salaries are not upto the mark. 4. Mostly focused on studies only, not focused on games and extracurricular activities.(but it's started slowly nowadays).

Smiling faces of children... Creative activities, leadership qualities of children, no punishment, a very good environment

Dislikes

Career growth is slow... Management forgets about what good i have done to the school but points out the mistakes which are silly..

in FACT it's a place where I am able to work without any struggle or strain. various trainings we receive enhance our teaching and enrich our knowledge

Dislikes

There is nothing like that or else I would have left the school.
