Workplace is very friendly & all colleagues are very helpful. I enjoyed my 3 years there.

Dislikes

It's true all staff & management is good there but the main problem is they are unable to pay salary in same month due to lack of their business. They always pay it 2 to 3 months back. They do not properly submit the PF & ESI. They don't give the gross salary also. I've joined there on 2012 & leave the company on 2016. I get only Rs-1260/- increment in that period. But now a days I heard the situation become change. How much I don't know because which I feel in 3 years, it may takes many more time to improve.

Wide range of refraction types are exposed to and have much values for an optometrist. Have most modern instruments. Great working environment. Excellent management.

Less job security and salary. No increments.

... good set up with all kind of investigation modalities available under one roof. However, the administration is so poor that they do not pay dues to anyone, neither the pharma companies, lens companies, frame suppliers nor the employees, including doctors. End up feeling terrible at the end of the day.

Dislikes

Mismanaged entirely. Some good company should buy their equipments and start it afresh. National level Politics has ruined the administration of this hospital which was once a top level eye care hospital chain. It's soon going to zero down.

...eam of my hospital is very good and hungry for the more knowledge in this field.The salary is good but there is no benefit of the salary where you can not growth your career. The environment of hospital is good.

I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING POSITIVE WITH THE ORGANISATION. THEY DO NOT PAY YOU AS PROMISED. YOUR INCENTIVES, EXTRA LEAVES ARE CUT AND YOU ARE NOT COMPENSATED FOR IT. EVEN AFTER GIVING 1 MONTH PRIOR NOTICE , 2 MONTH PAY WAS NOT GIVEN AND THERE WAS NOONE TO EVEN TALK TO , SO CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE DOES NOT RESPOND.

NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE AT THE MANAGEMENT LEVEL. THERE IS NO ONE WHO COULD GIVE US SOLUTION TO THE DAY TO DAY PROBLEMS. IT WAS LIKE THEY WANTED US ALL TO LEAVE AND WHO SO EVER WAS STAYING WAS BECAUSE OF COMPULSION
