Poor ta da structure which is not sufficient for an executive by any standards. A meagre sum of 350 is not going to cut if one is to work in the market day in day out, maintain cooler purity and buy the PSRs lunch done out of professional courtesy. If the company would like to have CEs work with 100% commitment, please raise the TA DA for the executives. We're not asking for much. Just take care of your people and we will take care of your business.

By termination of employee and for company benefits they allow wfm. Otherwise they ask to come office any how, By giving no facility, one thing is good they give salary on time mostly.
