...n is ready to stay there. Not making Increment yearly. Management is unstable. 12 Hour job and salary fix only 12 hours not any overtime. Very high polluted plant If you company offer high salary then any person can 1 year job there.

For new joiner first Safety instruction and helpet and shoes provided then only u may enter for job. Large plant so skill may develop if proper field get.

U may not get joining letter after you join the organization. No punching card to new joiner, rude HR behaviour.

It's non educated cultural plant, nothing work culture, growth, satisfaction& environment is not good no company policy about employees & salary hike not every yer

There is a lot of politics & departmental management is bound to pressurized to some employees who is not liking asper influences not to work properly asper situation & some junior is categorized for creating situation upon marked employees & gradually hipnotized him & bound for resignation.

The company and its environment, functioning, and the top level officials of the concerned department (Although I was from the sponge iron division) are very nice and cooperative.

high level official Those who are as eager for work and production as they are for their employees (who expect support from the organization in their difficult circumstances), after their departure, their wages and provident fund or in other words their names are registered in the Human and Resource Department. is released in advance.
