For new joiner first Safety instruction and helpet and shoes provided then only u may enter for job. Large plant so skill may develop if proper field get.

U may not get joining letter after you join the organization. No punching card to new joiner, rude HR behaviour.

It's non educated cultural plant, nothing work culture, growth, satisfaction& environment is not good no company policy about employees & salary hike not every yer

There is a lot of politics & departmental management is bound to pressurized to some employees who is not liking asper influences not to work properly asper situation & some junior is categorized for creating situation upon marked employees & gradually hipnotized him & bound for resignation.

The company and its environment, functioning, and the top level officials of the concerned department (Although I was from the sponge iron division) are very nice and cooperative.
