I dislike working in varroc. 1 . promotion very daily 2. Employe salary is very low 3 every month salary cut all employee 4 kayzon , & no profite employee 5. Security is very bad 6. Contract base employee have no profit from this company

It is very good place to work. Employees are very helpful in supporting.

Employees benefit is worst, canteen facility is very poor. For contract work they won't give any salary slip and there is no benefit to work there in terms of growth.

Has great Employee friendly Policies , Transparent culture , One can implement lot of innovative practices and process , Work environment is good , Lot of employee engagement activities at Corporate and at Plants , Superiors give lot of Independence to work , Work life balance is there , flexible work time
