Likes

Varroc is a good employer with good work culture. Flexible work hours, on time salary, peer respect. People and management are supportive. Lots of learning across various engineering disciplines. Good interactions with plant and corporate to make experience more rewarding.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not at par with industries. Need more projects / order to increase job security. No international exposure for ordinary employees.

... Disparity during appraisal cycle 4. No importance to your mental well being 5. During COVID, some % of salary was cut off without taking any prior concern or information. And in circulated mail, it was mentioned as "Volunteer contribution"

Short fall days payout facility not available. b) Year end review not based on performance c) It's based on politics, bad work Culture d) Canteen facility very poor e) punch in time very strictly and it's deducted from leaves. f) Not working as job profile g) Not any training provided h) 2 time layoff by varroc in one month and no any advance information i) No based on system work
